Three Under Three, Rachael’s Story.

“My motherhood journey this far has been all sorts of surprises. 3 pregnancies in under 3 years has brought on a rollercoaster of emotions along with challenges I could’ve never imagined facing.

Nobody told me what postpartum healing would be like. How stressful feeding babies could be. How small your support circle might realistically look. How damaging the mom-guilt or societal shame can feel - or how much pressure there is to do things a certain way. As if navigating all of this wasn’t enough, add in being a generational cycle breaker on top of it all. The days are long but I am so humbled by all of the growth.

Motherhood has forced me to dig deep in my searches, and create what it is I’ve been unable to find. It has taken a lot but in return has molded me into someone I’m really proud of. The future of mothers is bright because I’m a part of it. I’m being called to leave it better than I found it - and so are you.” — Rachael
